We strive for customer satisfaction and do our best to deliver high-quality products.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Suitable for resale (hygienically sealed)
Exceptions to Returns
Due to the nature of our products, the following exceptions apply:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned
- Mystery boxes cannot be returned once the seal has been broken
- Products with a limited shelf life (such as shorter best-before dates) are excluded from return if opened
Return Process
Do you want to return a product? Please contact us first at info@jmhtrading.com with your order number and reason for return.
After approval, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.
Return Costs
The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivered or defect upon receipt).
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Have you received a damaged product or is your order incorrect? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@jmhtrading.com and include photos if possible. We will provide a suitable solution.
