Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. These depend on the weight of the order and the country of delivery.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
Please note: delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Packaging & Quality
We carefully pack our energy drinks to prevent damage during transport. Our products are stored and shipped under controlled conditions to ensure quality and freshness.
Mystery Boxes & BBD
Our mystery boxes contain products with a shorter BBD (best by date). This allows us to offer them at a lower price. This does not affect the safety of the product, but it may mean that the shelf life is more limited.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Has your order arrived damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@jmhtrading.com and include photos if possible. We will find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Not Home / Failed Delivery
If a delivery cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the carrier. Follow the delivery service's instructions for a new delivery attempt or pick-up point.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. This applies in particular to mystery boxes: once the seal is broken, returns are no longer possible.
